You'll actually no need a map for this tour. It is useful for Beginners or Foreigners to know where they will be hiking. I believe not every Hongkonger knows where Ap Lei Pai is. I didn't know until I was there. Anyhow. this map is just for your orientation and in formation.

This map , I created for my hike from the new Pier Sai Kung to Wu Kai Sha MTR Station via Shui Long Wo Campsite. I tested it a few times and found out that there where construction activities around the Hoi Ying Road, where the new "GO PARK" was built. So the path may vary a little. In general, it is the correct way I used.
